The Historic Auditorium in downtown St Croix Falls has a tenant space on our first floor that is available for rent. It is currently being renovated. It comprises approximately 2,250 square feet on the main floor and another approximately 500 square feet on our mezzanine level. Our vision is that these spaces would be perfect for a full service restaurant and bar (see attached conceptual drawings). The 1st floor and mezzanine areas will be "white boxed" with all new heat, electrical, paint, etc during this renovation. The patio will be fully built out as part of this renovation. The buildout of the restaurant is eligible for Historic Tax Credits for the tenant. The renovation also includes a four stop elevator and all new ADA compliant restrooms. The Historic Auditorium has a 270 seat performing arts hall (currently being renovated) on our upper two floors which will house The Festival Theatre (a very established live performance theater group that has been in our community since 1990's) has committed to have live performance plays in that space for approximately 180 nights per year. Other nights of the year will see several music related events in the performing arts space.
