Grand Welcoming Event

Celebrate Community, Music, and History at The Historic Auditorium

Join us for a very special evening honoring the past, present, and future of The Historic Auditorium in St. Croix Falls. This community celebration will feature the presentation of the Wisconsin Historical Society’s Historic Preservation Award, live music, engaging speakers, and the unveiling of our newly remodeled main level.

The evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with a welcome reception in the Main Floor Library Room, where guests can purchase wine and beer and enjoy refreshments provided by The St. Croix Falls Historical Society while exploring the refreshed space.

At 6:00 p.m., the program continues in the auditorium with a ribbon-cutting ceremony presented by the Falls Chamber of Commerce. Representatives from New History, Rethos Places Reimagined, and the City of St. Croix Falls will share presentations on the restoration process and their roles in bringing this historic building back to life.

The evening will close with remarks by the Wisconsin Historical Society and  live jazz performances by Marissa Dodge and the Ondas Sonorous Trio, filling the auditorium with music and energy in true Historic Auditorium fashion.

Reception at 5pm

Program begins at 6pm

Admission is suggested free-will donation of $10.

This event is both a celebration of our shared history and an exciting step forward for our community space—we invite you to be part of it!
